Lauren founded Baker Senior Concierge to be the trusted advisor and friend every family needs while navigating the everyday and the big decisions. She's a home safety advisor and assessor, helps with gardening, laundry, shopping and assembly, light cleaning and household chores, and home organization including document and photo archiving. She's also a certified personal trainer specializing in nutrition and functional fitness for seniors, focused on strength, balance and mobility.
Interests:
Photography, books, music, sports, and hanging out at home or getting into shenanigans with the kids. Huge college football fan, Go Dawgs!

Andrew is a charmer and a natural storyteller. He's lived and worked all over the world but has called Tennessee home for most of his adult life. He formerly ran a marble company in England, installing stonework in some of the most prestigious hotels in Europe.

Senior chauffeur, runs and accompanies clients on errands, lawn and exterior maintenance, seasonal upkeep, heavy lifting, estate cleanup, specialty lighting, grab bar installation, and stone masonry.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How is Baker Concierge different from a home care agency?
We're not a medical home care agency. We focus on the everyday support that keeps you safe and independent at home: transportation, errands, task help, home safety, and life transitions, all coordinated by one team you get to know.
Is this for me, or for my parent?
Either, or both. Some clients book support for themselves, and many families reach out on behalf of an aging parent. We'll work with whoever needs the help, and keep the right people informed along the way.
Do I have to commit to a plan to get started?
No. Many of our services are available as one-time, quoted jobs with no ongoing commitment. Support plans are there for families who want regular, dependable help, but they're never required.
What if my family needs more help than a plan covers?
Just let us know. We can adjust your plan, add hours, or bring in additional services as your family's needs change. Nothing is locked in, and you're never stuck with more or less than you need.
Will you tell us if it's time to consider assisted living?
Yes. Part of our Path Forward Advisory is being honest with your family about what's working and what isn't, including if and when it may be time to consider a different level of care.
Can I just book a ride without talking to anyone first?
Yes. Transportation and several other services can be booked directly without a full consultation. If you're not sure where to start, a quick call is always a good first step.
